Microsoft Accelerator Seattle Opens Applications for Batch 5
Microsoft’s Seattle Accelerator just wrapped up its fourth batch, graduating 10 Machine Learning and Big Data startups from its 16-week program. With the program’s shift toward working with later-stage startups, Batch 4 celebrated their evolution from Microsoft Accelerator companies to alumni not with a traditional Demo Day, but with our inaugural Big Data Innovation Summit in Silicon Valley.
The summit opened up opportunities for our 10 machine learning companies to meet one-on-one with investors and Microsoft clients, pitch their solutions, gain valuable feedback, and develop their network. On average, batch 4 startups joined Microsoft’s Seattle Accelerator with $5M funding and $3M annual recurring revenue.
With this chapter coming to a close, we are beginning recruitment for our next batch. Applications for batch 5 are now open! We’re seeking later-stage startups of similar caliber to our previous batch. Companies vying for a spot in the Seattle Accelerator should be at the Series A level with a focus on building enterprise solutions in the cloud. The new cohort will start March 7, 2017.
Do you have later-stage startup that meets our criteria outlined above? Microsoft Accelerator Seattle applications close on February 10, 2017 – apply now!
